Not My Roster is a private, personal-use relationship tracking tool that allows users to record and organize information for their own individual use.
All information entered into the Service is private to the user’s account
We do not publish, share, or make user entries visible to other users
The Service is intended solely for personal tracking and reflection

All information you choose to enter into the Service
Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
Any information you record about other individuals

All data is entered manually by you
You will not use the Service in a way that violates the privacy or legal rights of others
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service
We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data
We only use your information as described in our Privacy Policy

If in-app purchases are offered, payments are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system.
We do not collect or store payment card information.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Not My Roster is not liable for:
Any loss of data
Any content entered by users
Any damages resulting from use of the Service
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create legal risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept any updates.
